The space

Villa Alathea develops over four levels connected by a lift.

The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor, featuring a lounge area with a sofa, TV and gym equipment, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

On the first floor, there is one double bedroom (with king size bed, sea views and access to the pool), one double bedroom (with double bed and access to the pool), one twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be pushed together to become a double on request) and a bathroom (with a shower and toilet).

Heading to the second floor, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area complete with a fireplace, sofas, TV, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. This space boasts breathtaking sea views, complemented by balconies with views. Additionally, there's a bathroom with a toilet and access to a shady furnished patio situated at the rear of the house.

On the third floor, you'll discover a spacious master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bathtub, and a balcony providing captivating sea views.

There is also a single sofa bed available for one person in the living room.

In the outdoor area, a private swimming pool (3 x 6m; depth 1.8m) with a sun deck is situated on the first floor, while the second floor features a patio with grass, trees, and outdoor furniture. Additionally, private parking is available on the ground level.
