The space

Villa Larysa (277 sqm) is a gated property which consists of a main villa that develops over two levels, and an independent guest house.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 8)

On the lower level, you will find a fitness room (with aerobic equipment) and a playroom (with table tennis).

On the ground level, you will find a large open plan living room (with air conditioning, satellite TV, Xbox, PlayStation, and direct access to the pool) with a sitting area (with two built-in sofas,) a dining area (with table for ten) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find four modern bedrooms and bathrooms:

- two double bedrooms (with double beds and balconies) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers)
- two twin/double bedrooms (with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, and balconies)
- two separate bathrooms (with showers)

INDEPENDENT GUEST HOUSE (sleeps 2)

The lower-level guest house consists of an open plan kitchen-living area and a double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside you will find a large terrace featuring a private swimming pool with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), a shady outdoor lounge area (with comfortable outdoor seating) and a shady dining area (with table for 8), as well as a barbecue, outdoor sound system, outdoor shower and private parking (for 3 cars).
