The space

Villa Lysandra (540 sqm) is a gated property that develops over four levels.

The lower level has two guest suites with independent entrances with double/twin bedrooms (with two single beds pushed together) and ensuite bathrooms (with showers), along with access to a private outdoor jacuzzi.

On the pool level you will find an open plan living room (with sofas, chairs, and access to the pool), a dining area (for ten guests) with access to the pool, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom (with shower). The sleeping area consists of double bedroom with an independent entrance (with king-size bed) and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower), as well as one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with a shower).

On the upper level are two double bedrooms (with king-size beds, balconies, and sea views) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and one guest suite (with king-size bed, balcony, and sea view) and ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the second level, there is one double bedroom (with king-size bed, balcony, and sea view) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Please note that some bedrooms have single beds that can be pushed together to form a double and some bedrooms have the shower and sink in the same room, rather than a separate ensuite room; toilet is located in a separate ensuite room.

Outside, you will find a garden which features a swimming pool with jacuzzi jets (80 sqm) and a heated jacuzzi, a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a shady dining area, as well as a barbecue, outdoor shower, garage, and parking area.
