The space

Villa Calypso (540 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over three levels, three independent guestrooms and an independent staff house.

MAIN VILLA

On the lower ground level, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), both with access to large outdoor sitting areas with sea views.

On the ground level, there is a comfortable living room (with sofa, TV, and sea view), a dining area with access to the pool terrace (with a large dining table), a well-equipped kitchen (with access to the terrace) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the upper level, you will find one three-level master suite (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath), a guest bathroom (with toilet) and access to three balconies with lounge areas (with sea view).

GUESTROOMS

There are three independent guest rooms with double beds (one with two single beds that can be converted into a double), double sofa beds, and outdoor lounge areas. Each guestroom has an ensuite bathroom (two with showers and one with a bath and shower).

Outside you will find a garden (with olive trees and herbs) featuring a swimming pool (50 sqm) surrounded by a large terrace with shady outdoor dining and lounge areas, an outdoor kitchenette and barbecue, as well as a sun terrace (with sun loungers), outdoor bathroom (with shower), and parking for 12 cars.
