The space

Villa Elenuta (800 sqm) consists of a five-bedroom villa which develops over three levels and a four-bedroom villa which develops over two levels.

FIVE-BEDROOM VILLA (sleeps 10)

On the basement level, you will find one triple bedroom (with king-size bed and built-in couch sleeping one person for an extra charge) with an ensuite bathroom (with bath), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area. On this level, you will also find a fitness area (with treadmill, elliptical machine, mats, and weights) and a table tennis room.

On the ground level, you will find a living room with a sitting area (with sofas, fireplace, flat screen TV and access to the pool area) and dining room (with table for ten and access to the pool area), as well as a well-equipped kitchen (with indoor and outdoor dining areas). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), as well as one guest bathroom (with toilet). Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.

On the upper level, you will find one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and direct access to a private balcony with a sea view.

FOUR-BEDROOM VILLA (sleeps 8)

On the ground level, you will find one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom (with shower). All three bedrooms have direct access to the balcony with sea views.

On the upper level, you will find a sitting room (with sofas, flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace), a dining room (with table for eight), a well-equipped kitchen and one guest bathroom (with toilet).

A garden with lavender and rosemary bushes surrounds the swimming pool (100 square metres; depth 1m - 2.7m; open all year round; heated on request at additional charge) with sun loungers, a pool bar, outdoor dining and sitting areas, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
