On the lower floor you will find seven double bedrooms (with king size beds, four of which can be separated into twin beds). There are six en-suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. You will also find two kitchens, a laundry room, two storage rooms and two service rooms. There is also an independent studio (occupied by the live-in housekeeper).
The main entrance is on the middle level where you enter into an entrance hall. From here you will find a large living space with a lounge area (with sofa seating), a well-equipped kitchen/diner (with table and chairs) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
On the upper level you will find a master bedroom (with king size bed and comfortable seating) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a large, private pergola covered terrace (with build-in outdoor sofa and a dining table).
Outside, the villa there is a garden with extensive terraces and verandas on all levels. A private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m) with a large sun terrace (with loungers, sun beds & umbrellas) and a pool bar (with stools). You will also find outdoor sitting, lounge and dining areas, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
