Description

Located in a historical location at the highest part of Fira City, Villa Minoa offers accommodation for 10 people with private jacuzzi. The architecture of the villa is from the neoclassical style for the older part of the house with new parts added after 1956's earthquake. From its location the villa offers a unique view of the town and a relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy Santorini and the Calderas.

The space

The Villa comprises of the main house (6 people),and one studio (for 2)

Main house
On the ground floor area you can find the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, gas cooker, simnk and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen you will find the dining room with a wooden table and chairs and a Venetian chandelier. Next to the dining area you will find the living area with cross vaulted high ceiling with a marble fireplace and views on the city, the Caldera bay and the volcano.

The living and dining room leads to the outside terraces with large spacious lounge areas and two dining areas to enjoy outdoor dining.

There are two bedrooms on this level. The first room has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub). The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and a fan and a solar chimney. The second bedroom can either be a twin or double room, with high ceiling, an en-suite shower room. The room is ventilated with ceiling fan and solar chimney.

First floor: You will find the third bedroom with a queen size bed (which can be split into 2 single beds), storage and an en-suite shower room. The room has air conditioning and offers views over the volcano.

Studio apartment
The studio is connected to the house terraces and has its own private entrance. It has a double room (which can be converted into two single beds if preferred), air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The studio comes with a kitchenette.

The Studio apartment can be accessed via the outdoor terrace and access the main house.

The outdoor area comprises of a hot tub (Jacuzzi), spacious terraces with outdoor benches and dining table with chairs. The different scented gardens will offer you a tranquil holiday.
