The space

Villa Dimitra (2000 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over three levels and a separate cottage.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 12)

On the first level, you will find a playroom (with smart TV and billiards table), a guest bathroom (with toilet) and three bedrooms

- one suite with two twin bedrooms (with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double, air conditioning, safe,
hairdryer, access to the garden, sea view) with a shared bathroom (with shower and bath)
- one suite with one double bedroom (with king size bed, air conditioning, lounge area, safe, hairdryer, access to a private terrace, sea
view) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower)

On the second level, you will find a living area with access to a terrace (with sofa, air conditioning, fireplace, sea view), a dining area (seating 12) and a well-equipped kitchen (with dining table, TV, garden view). You will also find a study/library with access to a balcony (with a piano, TV, air conditioning, fax/printer, sea, and mountain view), a laundry/pantry room and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the third level, you will find three bedrooms

- one master bedroom with access to a private balcony (with king size bed, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, sea view) with two ensuite
bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a jacuzzi bath)
- one double bedroom with access to a balcony (with king size bed, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, sea view) with ensuite bathroom

- one twin bedroom with access to a balcony (with two twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer) and an ensuite bathroom (with shower)

COTTAGE (sleeps 4)

In the cottage, you will find a living area (with sofa, TV), a well-equipped kitchen and dining area and two bedrooms

- one double bedroom (with double bed, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, garden access, sea, and garden view) with ensuite bathroom

shower and bath)

Outside you will find a private garden with a swimming pool (72 sqm; heated on request with extra charge) and sun terrace (with sun loungers), a shady outdoor dining area (seating 12) and wood-fired barbecue, as well as a tennis court, boules court, private sea access*, a chapel and private parking (for up to 5 cars).

*Please be aware that the seacoast is steep, making it suitable for good swimmers only, on calm days!
