The space

Villa Basia (150 sqm) develops over three levels (connected by internal stairs).

The entrance to the villa is on a mezzanine level where you will find the lobby and a guest toilet.

Downstairs, the ground floor consists of a spacious open-plan living room and one double bedroom featuring a king size bed and ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower). The living room includes a sitting area (with sofas, chairs, and a coffee table) and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with a table seating up to 8 guests). Large glass doors in the living room provide access to the outdoor terrace and pool area.

Ascending to the first floor, you will find three more double bedrooms, each with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms featuring convenient walk-in showers. Two of these bedrooms have balconies offering stunning views of the sea. Furthermore, on this floor, there is a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a well-equipped gym with fitness equipment.

Outside, the villa boasts a large terrace featuring a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a sunbathing area (with sun loungers). The terrace also offers a lounge area for relaxation and a shady dining area with a table accommodating up to 8 people. Moreover, the dining area is complemented by an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue, providing the perfect set up for alfresco dining.
