The space

Villa Zaklina (500 sqm) develops over three levels (basement, ground floor and first floor) connected by an internal staircase.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, smart TV, and fireplace), a dining area (with table seating 10) and a well-equipped kitchen with an island. Also located on this level is the master bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower) and stone bathtub in the room.

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with king-sized beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower)n and two twin bedrooms (with two single beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers). All rooms have access to a balcony.

Outside, you will find a terrace which features a heated private swimming pool (50 sqm), an outdoor living area with a jacuzzi, barbecue and outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor shower and a garage parking place.
