The space

Villa Klaudija (350 sqm) develops over two levels.

A large wooden door leads you to the first floor, where you will find an open plan living room with access to the balcony. Here you will find a sitting area (with sofa and chairs), a dining area (with table seating 8) and a well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island (with stools). There is also a guest bathroom (with toilet) and one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with an exit to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom (with shower and double sinks).

On the ground floor, you will find three double bedrooms (with king-sized beds) with ensuite bathrooms (two with shower and double sinks and one with a bath and shower) and access the terrace and pool.

Outside, you will find an elegant terrace with a private heated swimming pool (25 sqm; open when the villa is available for booking) and an outdoor shower as well as garage parking for one car and outdoor parking (on request).
