The space

Villa Valpurga (135 sqm) consists of two buildings which develop over two levels. Each of the buildings has two apartments.

Apartments 1 & 2 (sleeps 4)

In the first building there are two apartments of 35 sqm. Each apartment has a living room, a kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed, 160cm x 120cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Each apartment has a balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the bay.

Apartment 2 & 3 (sleeps 8)

In the second building there are two further apartments with a total area of 55 sqm. Each apartment has one double bedroom (with king size bed – 180cm x 200cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed – 160cm x 190cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (25 m2) with sun loungers, comfortable seating areas and a shady outdoor dining area (with a kitchen and dining table). You will also find barbecue facilities, beautiful views, and private parking, as well as a private jetty and beach just 20m from the villa.
