The space

Villa Simunka (200 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor connected by internal stairs). The owners live on one side of the property in a separate apartment with an independent entrance.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and PlayStation), a dining area (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also a laundry room and a bathroom (with shower) on this level, as well as a beautiful terrace with amazing views of the sea and mountains.

On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds), one single/double bedroom (with single bed that can be converted into a double) and two bathrooms (with showers). Two of the double bedrooms have balconies with beautiful views.

Outside, you will find a private swimming pool (26 sqm) with comfortable outdoor seating and sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a gazebo with summer kitchen and outdoor dining area (with table seating 8). There is also a garden with flowers and a lawn perfect for children.
