On the ground floor, you will find an open plan kitchen/living/dining room with an exit to the terrace, another room which can be used as a playroom or working space (with a sofa bed) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds, air conditioning and exit to the balcony) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers).

Outside, you will find a terrace featuring a private swimming pool (30 sqm; heated at extra cost; open when the villa is open) with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, alfresco dining area (with table that seats 8) and a barbecue. The villa also has private parking.
