On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living area with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (with table seating eight) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also one bathroom (with toilet), a laundry room, a fitness room (with gym equipment, massage table, a shower and a sauna).
Stairs from the ground floor lead you up to the first floor, where you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). All the bedrooms have beautiful views of the Biokovo mountains.
Outside, the villa features a garden with a private swimming pool (45 sqm; depth 1.56 m; pool steps; lights; fresh water) and a sun terrace (with sun loungers). Next to the villa you will also find two shaded terraces (with table seating eight) for Al Fresco dining.

Sehr sch\u00f6nes Haus mit eigenem Olivenhain. Der Tennisplatz, Minigolfplatz bzw. Boule-Platz wird durch einen Schotterweg fu\u00dfl\u00e4ufig durch den Olivenhain erreicht. Dort ist auch ein zweiter Pool + Toilette vorhanden. Boulekugeln, Tennisschl\u00e4ger, Minigolfschl\u00e4ger stehen ebenfalls zur Verf\u00fcgung. Der Tennisplatz ist eingez\u00e4unt, weshalb \u00fcber einen Nachbar aufgeschlossen werden muss. Die vier Schlafzimmer verf\u00fcgen allesamt \u00fcber einen eigenen Balkon und ein eigenes Bad. Der Pool ist mit Sicherheit ein Highlight und durch die Abendbeleuchtung ein sch\u00f6ner Blickfang w\u00e4hrend des Abendessens. Der Au\u00dfengrill ist gro\u00df und wird "kroatisch" befeuert. Hei\u00dft, Holz in eine Ecke geben und die Glut dann unter den eigentlichen Grill schaufeln. Holz, Grillanz\u00fcnder etc. sind vorhanden. Mehrere Mountainbikes sind zur Nutzung vorhanden (einfache Hardtails, 3x f\u00fcr Kinder, 3x f\u00fcr Erwachsene). T\u00f6pfe, Gl\u00e4ser, Geschirr, Besteck usw. sind ausreichend vorhanden (Villeroy/Zeillinger). Es gibt einen eigenen Weinschrank, welcher auch andere Getr\u00e4nke gut k\u00fchlen kann. Der gro\u00dfe Bosch-K\u00fchlschrank hat mehrere Gefrierf\u00e4cher. WLAN ist gut, in manchem letzten Winkel aber nicht vorhanden. Baujahr des Hauses ist 2020, weshalb vieles noch sehr neu ist. Die Sauna ist nach dem Sport Gold wert. Den im Raum vorhandenen Heimtrainern tut die Luftfeuchtigkeit aber nicht besonders gut (knacken etwas). Ein Staubsauger ist vor Ort sowie eine Waschmaschine + W\u00e4scheaufsfeller. Waschmittel war vorhanden. Putzlappen w\u00fcrde ich aber empfehlen mitzunehmen. Der Kontakt mit der Ansprechpartnerin des Hauses l\u00e4uft via WhatsApp. Es wird rasend schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Mehrmals pro Woche werden saubere Handt\u00fccher vor die T\u00fcr gestellt. Ein Poolboy kommt immer morgens und reinigt den Pool, fegt au\u00dfen bzw. leert den Au\u00dfenm\u00fcll. TV steht 1x im Wohnzimmer zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die zuvorkommende Kommunikation und Reaktion der Verantwortlichen hat \u00fcber die Punkte, welche nicht gepasst haben, geholfen.

Everything was absolutely perfect. beautiful and stylish with a fantastic view. clean and incredibly beautiful house both inside and out. Can highly recommend. Complete luxury through and through. A supermarket and cafe about 30 minutes by car. We enjoyed our 6 day stay. You must use the facilities.

Villa Bozica has all the facilities you would ever need for a holiday - from sauna and workout equipment, to the pool, tennis court, mini golf and bowls. A spacious villa, with large bedrooms that all have en-suites, and a great entertaining space for large groups with its open plan living. Shops with everything you need are quite a drive away. A car is needed for this property. But the scenery more than makes up for it.

I've spent whole February with few of my family members in villa Bozica. There's no enough words to describe how much we've enjoyed it! The villa is stunning and spacious, modern interior design, fully equipped kitchen. Gym and sauna were that magic touch for a great stay. The views from the villa are amazing, the vineyard, the mountain, everything! My family doubted my choice, but everyone was happy at the end. Our stay in Bozica was a true mind and body retreat, our batteries are now full :) The host was amazing, everything was super clean. Warm recommendation to everyone!
